Full transparency, I’m just a broke college student trying to survive NYC without dropping $20 on every meal. I’ve lived the instant ramen life for much longer than any person should, and I know how tough it can be to eat well on a tight budget. *A Bit of Coriander* is my way of sharing some *actually affordable* meals that I've made over the last few years that are quick, taste good, and won’t drain your wallet. Every recipe here comes with real prices, real store locations (yes, even the bodega on 109th), and no BS. If you’re tired of recipe blogs that say “budget-friendly” but still call for saffron, you’re in the right place.
